| A: It is not required, but it works best. Because of the custom aspect of our studio, we want to make sure we can give you the attention you deserve. The first line in our "Creed to Success," hanging in the studio states, "The Client in the chair is the most important person in this Studio. Someone who has to wait will only be frustrated. Someone rushed will be upset forever."
